Wow, I'm surprised someone already mentioned the Mercury series. I thought of "mercury" blobs when I saw the puddle split into many droplets and slip down.

For that whole trailer I thought it was a game designed for portable devices. That would work better with accelerometers, and the graphics looked piss poor for a XBLA/PSN game.
