Game looks better and better. Just have it run smooth, crash-free and with better controls this time and i might buy it twice *g*
But really: this is how i imagined games way back: Just pure fantasy-FUN. Well not all games should be like it... but it is so refreshing.

If you've got Saint's Row 2 then go to the Aeronautical Museum (you know the one: it's in Ronin territory. It's one of the strongholds you take over)Shakomaru said:
Anyway, in the section of the museum still under construction you'll see that same ship in the form of a scale model hanging from the ceiling. Can't find an image of it but it's pretty cool to see that Volition was thinking ahead to the third back while working on the second (then again, they've been like that a lot especially if you've noticed the Ultor stuff in SR1)

And just when I thought Saints Row the third was flying under the radar of everyone here, and being overlooked, here I am plesantly surprised that people are noticing the one game I have absolute faith in to be enjoyable for a long time, and not let me down in any major fashion.
And 'd say my standards are rather high. <.<
But what space ship? The hovering flying dealie that shoots missiles at the luchadores? That's the S.T.A.G. VTOL jet armed with a microwave laser, and missiles. It can move as a helicopter and as a jet.
There's also a S.T.A.G. rocket/hover cycle, too.
And a full blown tank.
Go on. Do some research. Go on.
There's plenty of gameplay and trailers to view.
But yeah, over Skyrim, and assuredly over any FPS or TPS, Saints Row The Third has my unshakeable faith that I won't be let down.
And yes, Hogan does a good job in voice acting Angel, and I look forward to when I get to do some wrestling in the ring.

Huh, I hadn't noticed that, nice. But I think I recall Ultor actually being a reference to their earlier Red Faction games, in which Ultor is one of the companies in Mars. They've now decided Red Faction and Saints' Row are in the same continuity so it's the same company.Shoggoth2588 said:
