This seems very reminiscent of that DOS racing game with the crazy tracks and the Rally-esque cars driving through Giant loop-di-loops and giant jumps. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Do I?

This game has the most user friendly map tool I have ever seen, and that's why there are so many great tracks!

...but seriously, the "slower and more realistic F-Zero" idea is a step in the right direction.
