I have been following this game for awhile, good there be a great Transformers game at last?
Short answer-Yes.

Visually its awe induceing. I cant tell the cut scenes from gameplay, and the story is spot on. Played the first level of both Autobot and Decepticon campains, about 6 chapters each but each level is long.

Combat is tight, the controls are intuitive enough that you can switch between vechicle and robot combat instantly and with a 3rd person view and handy zoom you feel as though you are Megatron and Optimus blowing robots apart, and Melee combat is great.

Fans will love this for the story and gameplay. Gamers will also love it for the story and gameplay.

... which version is better? I need to decide.

I may play multiplayer and the like, but I don't know if I'm willing to reactivate my Xbox Live Gold Membership.

And how did you get it?

And what platform have you got it on?

Thanks for the reassurance though - I'm SO looking forward to it - even though I'm going to be waiting an extra couple of days (release is 25th here)

My best guess is the 360 demo which is out at the moment.
Thats just Multiplayer though.
Where did he say he played single player only?
Oh wait... he did not, because the Multi Player Demo still gives you
1. Visualization
2. Combat
and
3. Control of the game to show you what the final product will be.

Warhammer online has chapters as well, setting up the story that the game has for each race.
Why could War of Cybertron not have chapters as well in the same aspect?

He exchanged sexual favors for the game. It's the principle that America was founded upon!

I think the question here is: do we believe the OP? All the information provided is readily available elsewhere online.

What are you on about? You were saying that he must have got this experience from the demo, which someone pointed out was multiplayer only. You got snappy at the other person saying the OP never said he played the singleplayer, and then I pointed out that's exactly what he said. Why are you going on about Warhammer online?

Snappy? No good sir, your the one that is getting `Snappy`.

I also used Warhammer as an example, he said Chapters which I pointed out Warhammer uses in its Online play as well...

Apologies for the snappiness then.
I'm still confused as to what Warhammer online has to do with the point I was making.

I'm going with Rusty on this one - He said "chapters," but he also said "campaign" - which is the single-player mode. And Warhammer Online is an MMO, the multiplayer there has a rather different structure to what you'll find in a third-person shooter.

`Chapters progress the PvE Story of the game. Each army has 22 unique story chapters, however other members of the same realm (Order and Destruction) can play through another army's chapters, simply by doing the content in that army's zones.` - HammerWiki

Now I point this out because the OP: Said `Played the first level of both Autobot and Decepticon campains, about 6 chapters each but each level is long.`

I am trying to say that the Online Demo Perhaps has Chapters (Which he points out, the game has 6 for each side) to progress the whole Story of the Transformers game. (However, due to it being a demo, he can only play part of chapter 1)

I could be horribly wrong about this though, I will admit that. However since the OP: has not said anything else... we don`t know... at this point all I am doing is pointing 1 and 1 togther.

Chapters to progress a multiplayer team based game.

Ahhhh right, I get you now. Not sure, if the full game will have it, but the demo doesn't, it's literally just matchmaking.

Wow. To answer questions, didnt play a demo. Best Buy down the street had the actual game set up. They didnt have multiplayer online. I tried to play Escalation(like horde mode in gears) but have to be online to play it and it wasnt.

Didnt have the time or would have played more, so I just played the first level of each campain.
