Why don't you make Lego Sonic 3D Blast, maybe you can get that game right next time.

Musn't, get, fan, boyish...

Oh hell, I would buy it, I would play it, I would undoubtedly love it.

I want to see this game, and I want it now!

a Lego: Lord of the Rings seems like an inevitability at this point.

I saw that word and instantly heard it in Agent Smith's awesome way of pronouncing it lol

OT, that would be awesome :)
MATRIX LEGO!

I'm sorry, but this is now my official most wanted game for production.

Dude. That is just win. I would definitely buy it if/when it comes out. The Lego games are just to much fun to resist.

Meh. They're not terrible, and any franchise that isn't a rhythm series, Final Fantasy, Madden, or Call of Duty can be accepted, once in a while.

I have FOUR reasons for thinking that this is a good idea.
  • 1. The ACTUAL LOTR games are adequate at best. It's very likely that a LEGO spin-off might exceed them in terms of quality.
    2. Seeing LEGO-style LOTR cutscenes already sounds hilarious.
    3. I don't know why, but just the thought of a LEGO Orc makes me keel over in laughter.
    4. We'd get to constantly bash Frodo to bits without any consequences.

I wasn't a fan of Lego Batman, probably because my expectations were too high, or Indiana Jones, but LOTR Lego would rock. Lego Star Wars the Original Trilogy was one of my favourite games on the Gamecube (VERY hard to get for GC), hopefully this can match it. The warp zone place to the different levels could be something like The Green Dragon for Fellowship of the Ring, Rohan for Two Towers, then somewhere like Minas Tirith for Return of the King. And it would be awesome...

Ever since Lego Star Wars turned out to be a hit, I kept thinking Lego Harry Potter would be pure awesome. After all, they already held the rights. Sure enough, they are. Lego LoTR would be pure awesomeness, too.

I almost had a nerdgasm imagining a Lego: Lord of the Rings, till I realised it would be based on the films rather than the books. Ah well.
