Tribes: AA is a futuristic war game that is mainly built on multiplayer. I know this sounds a lot like Halo, but honestly, this game is generations better. There are still vehicles but you can be shot down easily, instead of Halo, where whoever manages to use vehicles the most wins. You can pilot fighter jets, bombers, transport planes for taking teammates to another location, and a motorcycle for getting to another location quickly. There is no camping whatsoever. The maps are normally large and open leading to huge battles. Most weapons fire plasma and things of that nature, which do large damage if they hit a wall or the ground near you, so if you try to stay on the ground or sit in a corner, you will be killed easily.

Your best chances of staying alive are by staying in the air with your jetpack, yes you have a jetpack. There are rocket launchers, but they only lock on to people who have used their jetpack long enough for their heat to rise so you can lock on. They also lock onto aircrafts. Even the most powerful weapons take multiple hits to kill with, so you don't have those infuriating situations where you start shooting at a guy, then he turns around and insta-kills you. Which is the Halo method of getting kills.

There is also a lot of customization. You can choose your armor type,(Heavy, which can resist damage but you move very slow. Light, which has lower resistance to damage, but you can move fast.)armor color, voice, weapons, and kits.(Repair, for healing yourself and fixing your base, Satchel Charge, for destroying the other teams base. And many others.)

You can hook up with a teammate and go bomb the other team's base or sneak in to destroy the generators(Which allow you to heal, and change kits.) You can fly over with a fighter jet, or move from the ground with a motorcycle and take the flag in a CTF game. It's an extremely fun, and sometimes tactical game with no camping, great weaponry, and the ability to switch from 3rd and 1st person with the press of a button efficiently without messing you up during gameplay. I highly recommend it to anyone.
