So I finally upgraded a computer... or so I thought. I installed a Radeon HD 6450 512mb in my old dell inspiron 530 (windows xp-32 bit) and according to all the data and research I've been doing, i SHOULD be able to play Starcraft 2 on the lowest settings at 90+fps

this is according to data i collected from here:
www.tomshardware.com/charts/2011-entry-level-graphics/Starcraft-2-lowest,2877.html

here:
http://www.notebookcheck.net/StarCraft-2.35167.0.html

and here:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ <-though my computer is really schizophrenic when it comes to running this, some days i can check if i can run games in seconds, most days i get stuck on a screen that says "gathering information" (this is on chrome and firefox, internet explorer just crashes)

all the websites say that i should be able to, but after installing all the drivers (from the CD, and then uninstalling those and installing the ones directly from AMD, but with absolutely no change in performance) my computer still plays the game as though it were running onboard graphics.

What the hell is going on?
