"We are a group of friends who love playing video games and have decided to take our love for gaming and mold it into something productive, like a marathon for charity. We are located in Mansfield, Ohio. We have known each other for a very long time. This is our second marathon and we hope it goes as well as the first. In July of 2009, we did our Mario, Zelda, Metroid Marathon and we were able raise $1,140.00 for DC Outreach. Thank you to everyone who donated last time! There are 11 people helping with this marathon and 3 others who could not make it to this one but will help in the future. We have many more marathons planned and we hope to see you all there!"
Our next marathon starts December 27th.
We will be playing a crap-ton of FPS's, as many as we can.
So, it won't be speed-running really at all; it will be more of a marathon.
Any donations will go towards charity; we do this for fun, but we like actually being able to contribute too!
