Xenon's current only use is in lightbulbs and anesthetic. I think what you mean by Fusion is having a high-intensity Xenon light as the Lasing medium to sustain fusion reactions of hydrogen and deuterium into helium.
I guess my question s pretty hard, so I'll do a new one.
The answer to my question is Blinn. The Blinn lighting algorithm is most commonly used to calculate light on objects in 3D animation.
