So sometime during mid Novemeber my Years worth of live ran out. Thinking that it would renew, i left it alone.
For over a month i keep getting messages from Microsoft saying "Could not complete transaction to purchase 1 years worth of LIVE"
They attempted to use my old expired card, so i gave them my details of my new card (which should work).
Im still getting messages saying they cant complete the online payment, but the strange thign is that i am still able to play games onlien and im still a Gold memeber. Ive ordered a bank statment, hopfully it will show if the transactions did work or if Microsoft have attempted to do this over and over and ended up taking £40 out of my bank per attempt (Which if they have, they will awaken the evil stu).
Just hoping if anyone can tell em wtf is going on and if anyoen has expereienced somethign liek this before?
