Trouble with the Bioware website

I've trying to buy some DLC for Mass Effect 2 but when I try and buy Bioware points it says there's an error, I really want to finish the DLC before Mass Effect 3 comes out so does anyone know how I can get it to work or if it's a problem with the website itself?

There's a good chance only Bioware can answer that, have you tried sending an e-mail to their support ?
