Oblivion. Back when that game came out I was like "HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE GAME I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR" i.e. First-Person role playing. I didn't know it existed. Fallout had a similar effect, but I've always been a medieval fantasy person.
