Hello again from a time-lapsed gamer.

This time I am about to start playing Assassin's Creed Revelations but I would like to know, if any gamer out there is sweet and kind enough to tell me, when is a good time to play The Lost Archive DLC? Does it spoil anything of the story mode and should therefore be left until afterwards or is it okay to play anytime?

A big hug to any that help me here.

Thank you.

Haven't played the game, but wouldn't it simply make sense to do the DLC after beating the game? I mean, if it's a good game there's no reason you should be bored enough to drop what you're doing and play an entirely different quest for a while.
Usually yes, however looking at Assassin's Creed 2, there are 14 acts and the DLC made up acts 12 & 13, they just cut them out of the game for later. If you didn't but the special copy you jumped from act 11 to act 14. Ubisoft is almost as bad as EA with DLC.

To answer your original question, I would leave The Lost Archive till after you've completed the main story - it doesn't spoil anything in the story as far as I can remember, since it pretty much just explains some things and gives some additional set-up for AC3.

And yeah, the whole Act 12/13 thing was stupid in AC2.
