The -Channel- MTV, or whatever it is, I don't care.
Not really a show, but there are shows -on- the damned thing.

Oh right, I -hate- Southpark. Completely and entirely.

For me it is both the U.S. and U.K. verisons of the Office. I just didnt find them very funny.
I hated the british version of the office, it just get's uncomfortable after a while. and the people are really mean, like british mean. Or maybe just Ricky Gervais mean.

The show(s) that I hate the most are Stargate: SG1 and Stargate: Atlantis. They're just so lame and unoriginal in the extreme. Stargate Universe is the shit though.

You know the teen dramas like The Secret Life of The American Teenager? Those ones.

The actors are just awful, there's no chemistry between them or any other acting talent, not to mention the plot just sucks all around
I've reviewed every season of that show and it keeps disappointing. The first couple of seasons I actually thought it could be a cynical attack on right-wing Christians because it was so bad.

Like when Christian girl has sex for the first time and her dad dies in a plane crash. That was so stupid.

That show keeps going on and on but the same network canceled The Middle Man after one season? Unforgivable.

A lot of people are mentioning Glee. I don't hate the show, I'm not a fan of a lot of the music, but the part that bugs me the most is Sue Sylvester. Sure, Jane Lynch is an amazing actress, but that character is so evil she should have a Snidely Whiplash mustache.

What's with all the Bones hate? I just started watching back episodes on Netflix, and I find it pretty funny. Yeah, it's a crime show, so it's been done before, but the acting is great, and most of the dialogue pretty funny. Also, it has made me realize that Emily Deschanel is way hotter than her sister (I think. Maybe her cousin?). Given how attractive Zooey is, that's saying something.

However, I despise reality TV. All of it. When I first saw an advertisement for that show "Bridalplasty", I nearly dry-heaved. Those are the worst people in the world.

Glee
Skins
Jersey Shore
Anything on MTV

And yet, I remain friends with the people who watch this tripe. Odd.

Family Guy, The Office, the recent seasons of South Park, and shows like Weeds or Skins that try to pass off pretending to be realistic and edgy as good television.

There are some I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like if I had seen them, but I don't feel right saying "I hate this show" when I haven't even seen an episode of it. So, here are the shows I know I hate because I've seen at least one episode:

Big Bang Theory (with a passion)
Glee (I'm also not a huge fan of musicals)
Any Survivor (or any other show like it)
American Idol (or any reality show like it for that matter)
Robot Chicken
True Blood
How I Met Your Mother (I tried, but it just wasn't enough to overcome my disdain for sitcoms)

I'm sure there are more, but that's what comes to mind.

The one that gets me the most though is the Big Bang Theory. EVERYONE in my group of friends seems to think it's pure gold and I think it's just awful. I was actually told once that I couldn't be a real geek/nerd unless I liked this show, and I took offense to it. It's not so much that I don't get the jokes, because I do get them, I just don't find them funny and I hate every single character on there. They're all horrible and most are annoying. Not funny at all. So, I think part of my hate for the Big Bang Theory is some of the attitude I get from the people that watch it and then converse with me about it. That, and I really just don't find the jokes funny at all. Mostly because of the characters saying them.

80% of television sucks. Going from the 90's to 00's went from soap operas to stuff like CSI. Terrible.
The only good channels I have right now are Discovery which is about 70% of the time something watchable is on and than History Channel but they're starting to go downhill right now cause of the new management. "American Pickers" frickin great show. Been out just over a year and they decide lets make a Canadian Pickers people will like it. I saw from the commercial the two guys have nothing between them, and it will be a TV failure that atleast will die and not drag on for 8 seasons.

T.V just sucks right now and I think it probably will for another 20 years. Let's go back to the 90's when there were atleast tons of good cartoons.

At the moment, all TV bar late night Dave....and the occasional BBC3 programme. A few sit-coms and a few shows like NCIS.

Special WTF? mention for Black Books (sacrilege I know but I work in a book shop), The Big Bang Theory (Gratuitous nerd references does not a TV show make), and anything with the words Celebrity or Reality.

Nope, unfortunately we are that mean. We can claim for a lot, but being happy folk - not gonna happen.

The Office: You have to understand what kind of fucked up people there are in the world to 'get' this show. It's a love it or hate it.
The problem with the Office, and Black Books etc. is that if you "get" it, it's not funny. Everyone I know who's watched it and works in an office just says it's a reality show, everyone who's not thinks it's complete fantasy.

I understand the need for blatant levels of fan service, but that show tends to be oversaturated with it.

There is a time and place for it, too much is still too much. And this is coming from a guy who thinks Desert Punk is one of the fumiest things out there.

I have never met a person in real life who actually considers Jersey Shore a good show. Everybody I know who claims to enjoy it does so to either be ironic or to make jokes about it.

I don't really watch that much TV anyway. I guess the only two examples I can give are Family Guy and more recent South Park, neither of which I hate.

Firefly. I don't actually hate it, but I find it really boring and underwhelming overall. Granted, I feel the same way about everything Whedon does. However, I did like Serenity. So there's that.

Also, Glee. I liked it initially until I realized how shallow it was and immediately lost interest after that.

Oh, and House. I like Hugh Laurie, but that show just got old fast and none of the characters are particularly likable except House...which is kind of weird.

I'd add [insert random reality TV show here] but I don't watch reality TV so I don't have an actual opinion on them though I'm pretty sure I'd hate any given one. Just on principle.

I dislike family guy because it really does seem like it is written by manatees. It's just that random and nonsensical. : /

I'm not sure if this show, tosh point oh, is well liked, but I see the ads all the time and I cannot stand the show. If I wanted to watch a show about a guy laughing at his own lame jokes, I'd go to youtube.

Edit: I forgot a comma.

Pretty much everything on TV. I can count the number of shows I actually watch on one hand, and I get them somewhere on the Internet.

Although, if you want something specific...I never got into Dragonball Z. Caused me to get raged at quite a bit back then.

Edit: My captcha had ASCII characters in it and I got denied because I hit the regular letters instead of looking the codes up. Do we have to make it MORE complicated to post, Mr. Escapist Guys?
