Now if you couldn't tell already, the amount added to my account was different in both and lead my current amount to be 0..? Now I haven't even bought any before, and I don't even use Xbox Live, so this is where it get's strange.

I went to go sign into Games for windows live when it gave me a bizzare error, and so I click the link that it gave me to fix it and somehow led me to creating a SECOND gamertag under my email. Thus not allowing me to sign into my original account (losing data and games) and I even called support (which was not helpful at ALL) but did confirm two gamertags under one acc.

Anyone able to help or something? I am afraid someone may have gotten ahold of my old account somehow.

Maybe your email accounts merged (whatever the right term for it is) and you didn't notice?
For some reason, my hotmail (which I mostly use as a junk mail account, but my old Xbox Live account is also tied to it) and my gmail account have become linked. So I have to sign out of my hotmail account to log into my gmail account. I freaking hate it, it's the dumbest thing ever.

Or maybe this is identity theft?

...you probably shouldn't take advice from a techno-idiot like me.

The first message says that 6000 microsoft points were bought on your account, and the second one says that 4870 points were sent to another account, which, as far as I can tell, means that someone got on your account, bought some microsoft points, purchased some stuff on your account (no idea why) and transferred the remainder to their account. No idea what's up with the two accounts thing though.
