Two New Characters for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3

I like the inclusion of She-Hulk since I see Rogue as a bit overused, but in any case that's my opinion. I would like to see another character like that to add more diversity but I wish Capcom would really bring back some favorites from Marvel vs Capcom 2 like Gambit or Venom, Juggernaut or even Rogue, and as for Capcom's side... Zero instead of Dr.Willy???? WHAT?!!!!!!!

I loved her in MvC2, she was a good Anti-Big character, with a decent move set, and she could take a punch.
And Zero, its ZERO!
He is awesome, though i think Megaman ZERO version Z would have been cool as well.
So far i like the list Capcom has given us, though im upset i haven't seen Captain Commando yet.

Meh, Gameplay wise she was the zhit, but... She's only been in 1 game (outside the MvC franchise)... Making wonder why is so popular to get to be on 2 Marvel vs Capcoms... And as for Zero, he's not number one on my list... At least they didn't bring up that blonde chick whose name I forgot... The one with the broom.

Yean, but she is pretty origonal and its a good way to advertise for the new Megaman Legends.

And im just a Zero fanboy, but yes Roll(The Blond Girl) would be annoying.
She was fun to fight as in TvC and the other MvC games, but her size made her a ***** to fight.

Roll (I hated her in the Megaman remake of Megaman 1 on the PSP) and I didn't care for her at all on MvsC2, not because she was silly because I love the hell out of Servbot and he was as silly and cheap as you get. Roll simply looked like a slightly red Megaman clone with minor gameplay differences...

Still holding out my virginity for the inclusion of Dr.Willy! Make his special attacks summons of Robot Masters and his super specials The Giant Mechs (final bosses) from previous games!!!! And he could fight from his trademark ovni thing... Awesome!

Dat Rekkoha...(YES, they quickened the speed at which the beams fall after activation, it was to slow to be of any use in TvC.)
Dat Sentsuizan...(His Diving Blade attack, i wonder how that Energy Bolt is gonna add in, it looked cool)
Dat Hyper Combo Hadangeki...(The big Wave Slash.....Ohhhhhh yeaaaaaaa.)
Dat Voice.....(You know...it actually fits imo.)

And i see they left in his Z Buster, Dash Special, and Multi hit Attacks.....
I have found my main....

Zero had me as soon as I saw Raikousen (the dashing lightning attack around 0:25, it's not in TvC) I just hope they didn't replace Dark Hold with Hadangeki... That move was the perfect finisher to Zero's combos.

Side note: Rekkouha wasn't useless in TvC, it chains beautifully with low air juggles (which Zero is so good at, it's almost unfair). Granted, Dark Hold was better... but it's a lv3 Hyper, so of course it is, heh. Rekkouha also worked marvelously in the team hyper combos, especially with a straight beam like Real Megabuster or Voltekka, and gives Zero time to close in for another chain or to finish with Dark Hold (or chain it with another Rekkouha, heh).

I get that a lot of people are fans of Zero, but I really don't like how so many characters are being pictured as just smaller than other characters, spacially if they are all "humans".

I was expecting some character to be rendered about the same size as its opponents, but with Zero, Joe and Arthur, it feels like I have to fight a team of midgets (which would be challenging considering hitboxes).

The whole game has a MUGEN feeling:

I actually think Zero is at a normal height for him.
Besides when he fights he is kinda slouched foreword.
Though it doesn't help that the characters Zero was shown against were either small or really tall(Doom and Iron Man.)

It's ok... X8 was actually good. Consider it part of the Command Mission continuity (a completely different story), if you want (it isn't, but that explains Axl without acknowledging X7). We'll just have to wait and see what evolution(s) of Megaman they use, or if they just stop at Zero (which would suck, but is understandable).

I just had to wiki She Hulk to find out about her powers/abilities. So she is a female character with superhuman strength. I don't get it. What is the appeal? Would not Rouge have made more sense? Given that she has superhuman strength as well as the ability to absorb others powers.

Rouge touching Ryu and then hitting him with a hadouken. Capcom missed a golden oppurtunity there. Instead we get Hulk with boobs. Thanks Capcom.

let's not forget that She-Hulk was NOT that hot... She was pretty much the hulk, but she had no human counterpart. She fell for the Hulk, but Bruce Banner has to be PISSED to turn into the Hulk, so he couldn't do anything. THey fought quite a few times I think. Hilarious!

But yeah, I don't see the reason behind she-hulk... It's just... not clicking for me

Um...what about She-Hulk having no human counterpart? She's Jennifer Walters, Bruce Banner's cousin, and a successful lawyer. She never fell for the Hulk at any point. She became She-Hulk because Banner had to give her an emergency blood transfusion because she got shot or something at her home and he was on the way to visit. Finding her dying and being the genius he is, gave her a blood transfusion, but didn't have time to think of how his Gamma irradiated blood would affect her. Also, unlike Banner, She-Hulk doesn't have to be mad to hulk out, she has a lot more control over it than Banner (though nowadays Banner has a lot more control also.)

And as far as Rogue is concerned, she no longer has the super strength actually, so I can kind of see why they wouldn't include her if they want the characters to be more like their current incarnations. She lost that when she recently gained the ability to control her powers of, well, life sucking. She can't fly anymore either. The only reason she had those powers was because she used her own on Miss Marvel for too long (putting her in a coma) way back in the day. So all she does now is siphon powers.

She-Hulk is actually a very funny, fourth wall manipulating kind of character, sort of like a female Deadpool. I'm not quite sure how it will factor into the game (probably not), but she is plenty interesting on her own right.

Being a somewhat avid comic reader, she's one of my absolute favorites! Not that anyone gives a crap...

She's actually relatively popular. Was even part of the Fantastic 4 at one point.


I'm really shocked though, from the few posts this thread has, that a few had no idea who She-Hulk is, or even a few that didn't know Zero.

OT: I, for one, and looking forward to using BOTH characters. I am loving the roster for this game over all. Though I'm still quite shocked about Modok...but I can accept it!
