Real time. It is kind of like A third person oblivion, atleast setting wise from what i've seen.

its like oblivion only you'll need to hold a button down instead of bashing the R1 button (or was that another game?)

Real time, like the first. (But hopefully improved.)
Please let it be improved... and I do hope they don't scrap the ONLY good idea from the first game: stacking items so you can keep the armor you like.

Okay, thanks! The sequel looks pretty good, and real time combat is a + in my book any day.

It's suffered a last minute delay - with different reasons being cited by the developer and publisher - and is the sequel to one of the worst games ever made (certainly the worst game I've ever played).

This question should be the least of your worries!

[sub]And it's in real-time.[/sub]

Yeah, I heard the NA release was pushed back to early 2011, luckily, I live in Norway, so it doesn't affect me. Or so I've heard.

Well the first game sucked really really really bad...so I don't see how you could be enthused for it's sequel.

According to Wikipedia every other region is "TBA 2011", other than NA which is January.

I thought the Escapist article covering the NA delay said that the EU release was in October?

EDIT: Quote to the Wiki article: "It was originally to be released Q4 2010 [1], however SouthPeak announced today that the sequel to the 2007 original will now arrive in North America in January 2011. SouthPeak indicated that the game's release in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand is still scheduled for this year. However, the game will still be released in 2010 in Europe", but the article contradicts itself by stating TBA 2011 on the right.

Yeah in EU regions it should still come out in Europe. I am still angry cause I live in the US and pre-ordered the game. I want it so much!

Dunno then.

If it is being delayed because it needs extensive QA (like the publisher said) then there's no way they're going to still release it in every other territory except NA early. Likewise, it still seems unlikely that they'd release it in the same time frame for everywhere except NA if they believed the release window was too competitive. Alright, maybe the competitiveness manly lies within the US, but a game like Two Worlds 2 needs to salvage as much of a free release window as it can, no matter what region we're talking about.
