Well, I try to pronounce everything "normally"- that is, I don't cut anything out, as a general rule. Obviously I would speak in a manner differing from that on an American, but it's difficult to tell where- everything I say seems logical, given the spelling, because I'm used to it. I do know that I pronounce things like dance and plant with the long A sound. I'll even throw in a sentence!
I think that dancing should be reserved only for cool guys
(eye th-ink th-at darn-cing sh-ood bee rez-ervd own-lee for k-ool g-ize)
Of course, that only helps if you pronounce the words I used for reference in a manner similar to how I use them, so it is delightfully useless.

I live in the most eastern part of MD, so I have this odd combination of damn near southern drawl, nasally Appalachian(Applashian is how I pronounce it) and at times a bit of whatever the fuck is going on with the Amish. Although I've been told I have an unusually clear way of speaking for a mushmouth American, so I guess the accent isn't heavy enough to fuck with what I'm saying.


Of course, I also have a pretty good tongue for other accents( You could say I'm a cunning linguist) and like to fuck with people. I can do pretty much every American accent I've run into, a bit of a canadian one( the one where they stretch the "o"s whenever they talk, pronouncing sorry as soory and the like)most Brits, Irish, Scots, some generic Eastern European one and an Indian one for screwing with telemarketers and people in online multiplayers. All of which I blame entirely on reading alot as a kid.

All that said, how I sound at the moment is depending entirely on my blood alcohol level, how funny I think it is, or if I'm in a dickish mood.
