Tell me did anyone notice anything until the news said it happen, fuck do we even know if there was a cyber attack? We could be getting lied to or the news could be getting lied to do not blindly believe what is said on the news.

For all we know Obama or someone is trying to sell a war.

Would you have noticed unless you were told?
Nope no one would have noticed because most people don't visit the sites that were brought down because of the attack. Hell if someone really wanted to piss people off they'd launch a DoSA on Facebook and Myspace. It'd be WW3 if that happened =p.

Seriously though, while we definitely should try to find out who did this it's definitely not the big ass drama the media has made it out to be.

To be honest I dont see why people are acting so concerned. the pentago gets hacked every other days because their security is about as tough as a slice of swiss cheese. The last 15 cyber attacks i can remember hearing about have all been on us government computers. Pentagon, CIA, FBI, etc etc.

Well if it was by North Korea, it would be important because they are taking more and more steps forward to threaten the U.S with war.

This isn't a hack. Not every cyber-attack is a hack, just the same as not every book is a novel.

As was previously mentionned, it's a DDOS. It's a single user remotely controlling thousands of compromised computers to attempt to access the government websites at once to bring down their servers. It's really just the NKs crying out "NOTICE US, WE'RE A THREAT! HELLO! PLEASE! ANYBODY?"

It's really quite pathetic, all this posturing.

This is what napalm is for, Obama needs to grow some balls and torch the entire country, civis and all.

Well since the media is already telling us to hate Iran and North Koreas leaders, the next logical step would be to publizise an "agressive event" that makes us just waiting and generally asking for a war.
People, don´t be stupid, war is bad and should be denounced at all times.
BUT, in case of North Korea, bomb them...no country with such a strange, weird man should be allowed to have nuclear weapons, i mean, common.
He might "accidently" kill a few thousands.
So i say lets "accidently" drop a few 500lbs on them.
We have to be careful tho...anything that could piss them off could result in total annihalation of the surrounding areas...

At least then the Republicans would like him, but for the rest of the country, that wouldnt go over too well...
Id be for it if we got the civs out. They are completely clueless about the rest of the world. The propaganda they are fed by their government about the rest of the world is just appalling.
I saw we bomb North Korea if it comes to war, but I dont think we should send troops. So it wouldnt be an invasion, but wed beat the hell out of that country.

If it the North Koreans we will be fine. They have already pissed the U.N. of for the last time. The U.N. will probably send in some mercenaries on there behalf to assasinate thier crazy leader.
Meh why bother just let them starve to death
That will take way to long. Nuke them now and get it over with.
But we might lose some of the best star craft players in the world if any back lash hits south Korea!
Hmmmm, you're right. Then I suggest we send in strike teams to nutrilize their government or something else that is violent.

Thats the problem with nukes. A bigger problem is while America can't nuke N.Korea due to allied nations being close by, N.Korea has no problems in nuking US.

There has to be another bomb that is almost as devastating as an atomic bomb but doesn't damage nearby allied countries.

A cyber attack in my opinion is much worse then what anyone can achieve by just flying a plane into a building, or anything.
What do you think?

Who do you think is behind this cyber attack.

Since it was the U.S and South Korea who were hit by this, I think its pretty much certain it was the North Koreans.
Wow the north korean government can afford computer`s nowdays?? where`s this cash windfall coming from??
It's called trading the food we give them for arms and technology from other countries.

Indeed, why waste good troops?

I'd prefer the civs got out but the'd probably never believe us and stay anyway so doubt there'd be much choice.

I don't see why the government doesn't just run off it's own internet. You can make another one easily if you have the money and time. As for North Korea, I just want to see them get invaded already before they can make better missiles and use all of their nuclear fuel.
Everyone knows that will never happen. Both.

First, the government doesn't have that kind of money.

Second, the people making North Korea's missiles are the same people who made Hyundais in the 80s.

Considering China has a ton of hackers along with N. Korea, and N Korea's biggest export is counterfeit money while Russia's government gives publicity and fame to people who hack American bank accounts I don't see why we have to make nice with them. That goes for Venezuela, too many hackers aswell

Every time we try to play nice Obama gets caught nodding and shaking hands with dictators who hand him anti-American books while he nods in agreement.

Ok, the novelty has worn off, the next time we get news about Venezuela or North Korea hacking our stuff we just bomb the shit out of them, for 60 straight days, nothing smaller than 2000 pound bombs and mix in 2000 pound WP bombs to make sure what doesn't turn to splinters burns down. And if North Korea launches a "Nuke" we respond 20 fold. While were at it we should just nuke Venezuela as well, not a big one, only 5 kilotons right on their biggest military grouping while another 5 kiloton should be dropped right on their government HQ

I know that, he doesn't have the spuds to go through with anything more than hand shaking and foot kissing. He's a doormat and like every other doormat he needs to snap the hell out of it before he screws us all.
