Forgive me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be more respectful to stop sending young brilliant men and women to die in far off lands for no better reason than "because"?
I would think this game would be far more respectful than sending my cousin to have his foot nearly blown off by an IED because of non-existant WMD's attributed to a guy who absolutely abhorred the actual reason we ended up invading a neighboring country.
:/.
Also the nearly getting my only brother killed for the above reasons is certainly not respectful.
But my judgment is desperately skewed, as to me this is a video game and thus a form of entertainment as well as a means to investigate real world meaning. Oh yeah and they keep nearly killing people in my family.
(Note: I fully support people joining the military and I realize they are signing up for a job that could get them killed. But nobody should have to die because a world leader has a grudge or his side kick wants to make a few million dollars. Our military should be to protect our nation not to exact vendettas. Once Osama escaped from Afghanistan we should have either followed him into Pakistan or come home. Everything else has been an infinitely unforgivable affront to the entire population of the military. These people should not be toyed with, they are living breathing people with dreams.)

Oh no we can't play as brown people that would just be horrible to kill a few Americans(Models textured to look American), sure we have invaded numerous countries killing thousands upon thousands of people just trying to live their lives and now we can play as the people who opposed that? That's just horrible!
Um, I'm pretty sure that's not what we did....but whatever. If i remember correctly there was this little event called 9/11. It's okay you may have forgotten, it seems a lot of people have.
I think he was mentioning Iraq, Iraqis had nothing to do with 9/11. Absolutely nothing. Unless you count being in the same general geographic location as the actual culprits.
