Ubisoft Announces New Assassin's Creed With Multiplayer

Be cool to go back to Rome. I was slightly pissed off that we didnt get to see more of it. The co-op where two players work together sounds great, more games need to have that. As for the versus... I don't see it working. At all.

I'm not too fired up about the versus thing, but the co-op idea seems like a good one. Think of how much more havoc two assassins could cause instead of just one!

I look forward to the multiplayer, regardless of the fact that it will feel a lot like other games with the same premise such as GTAIV and Borderlands, but I am really not looking forward to going back to Italy and Ezio (though the idea of Rome sounds nice). I thought the gist of the series was to trudge through different periods in history.
