Why does not not make sense to defend myself against incorrect accusations of stupidity, exactly? For the record, though, I'm not a teenager, and I do not live in my parents' basement. I do like to believe that I am at least to some degree more intelligent than a fair number of people; a high university GPA and multiple awards seem to be at least some evidence of that, as is the ability to communicate with a vocabulary larger than fifty words. But sure, I can't deny that I do have at least some of an elitist bent. At the very least, mine is justified.
at the OP: Wow arrogant much? I had a long post talking about why you are arrogant, but then I decided there was too much flame related to it and it'd be easy for some one to say TL;DR and move on.
so I'll be brief, don't talk down to equals, this is place of discussing not critisizing equals, get off your hypothetical tower, rank in society doesn't mean shit on the internet.
OT: I never liked Ubi's, service. I remember when I purchased Far Cry 2 there was a a bug in it (I forget what that was) and ubi essentially kept telling me to do the same thing over and over and when I said "enough is enough I've told you that DOESN'T work now will you help me or keep feeding me the same garbage" after that it was marked as solved. Now compare that to Steams customer service, where I unknowingly had my account hijacked they were able to not only inform me that something was wrong but also resolved it for me.
all in all if I want a ubi game I pirate it (unless I want a sequel in that case I'll purchase it to show my support) and Steams Customer service is great and thus I do not plan to ever pirate their games.
And no I'm not encouraging pirating I'm simply commenting on what I'm doing for a couple of companies from whos service disgust me and that if I do want a sequel I will fork over money to show my support for the game, such as if they fix the errors in AC 1 in AC 2 I will most definetly buy it regardless of my utter hate for Ubi.
but I guess with companies trying to make profit there has to be some evil,(in their eyes possible justified evil example DRM) right?
