It's a Blobfish. It lives in the sewer system and is just waiting to swim into your toilet, and bite you on the arse. You'll never see it coming... because it looks like a turd. As to how he got it, I'd imagine that he frequently goes fishing in his toilet and takes pictures of the "fish".
