English law is stupidly slow, although they did just do that criminal case without a jury for the first time in 350 years.
What case? Citation?
It's still ongoing, but here's the news report on it.

Nope, I can see this as being marked as a mistake and the rules only tightened further.
Thats not how law works. The first case sets precedent, and all other cases will usually follow the same format.

Yeah, the only way to avoid precedent is by distinguishing the case using the power of a sly council.

Of course, we're surrounded by sea.
I've lost faith in the abilities of the law. This is yet another weird loopholing case that makes me wish the system was easier to understand.
That's what happens when the cops don't have any teeth.

It's basically the same as iso-hunt. It doesn't actually have the files on the website therefore it's not doing anything against the law. It's a simple loop hole of the law.

Theres only one pirate port that matters!

Oh come on why tease me like that my shitty ISP caved (Eircom) and now I can't access TPB. I have to go around for ages on the internet to find a decent site for torrents. TPB is not just about pirating stuff P2P is very important for free ware games and shareware. Damn the Music Industry.
