Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, is it worth $40? PLZ HELP

Is this worth picking up if I have never picked up a marvel vs capcom game?

I'd say no, but I haven't played the game to be honest. Knowing Capcom they'll be releasing the "Super Ultimate Turbo Marvel vs Capcom 3" soon

I'd say so. Especially since you didn't get MvC3... I'm mulling over getting it just for the sake of Phoenix Wright, and I got the collectors edition of the first one.

However, I'm not a fan of the fatter health bars, and the fact that it doesn't show you the health of the switched-out team members. But that's my only real complaint.

The new characters are cool. There were some balance issues solved.

But I got bored of it after defeating Galactus a few times, so I really don't know if it worth 40 bucks, I had fun with it anyway.

The best bet is wait the price drop a bit more.

There is just something off about MvC3 to me. I can't quite point it out, but I don't like it. It's not even just the cast either (which I didn't like. I still say MvC2 has a superior cast).
