Wait a minute...

You're telling me that I, who has never bought any version of Street Fighter IV, have to pay about 40 bones for this while my friend, who bought Super Street Fighter IV for 30 bones, has to cough up about 15 extra bones for all the updates?

...Something seems unbalanced about these overall prices...

Regardless, it took them this long to reveal a character that either everyone already knew about and/or could technically play, if you know what I mean?
