I didn't find UC2 to have satisfying combat, which is part of the reason I won't be getting UC3.
Even though I find the games bland, Call of Duty is the series which I find has the most solid and entertaining gunplay - as in, you click the mouse or use the triggers and genuinely feel like you are out on the front lines. I find it hard to imagine the weight of a gun from a third person POV. I don't know if its possible to make a TPS have such visceral combat.
