Uncharted Bug.

I'm trying to get all the treasures for trophy hunting, but yesterday I got some weird bug where it wouldn't register that I had gotten a treasure.

When I found the treasure I had 52 treasures, and when I had picked it up, It still said I had 52. Is there any way to fix this?

Is it possible you started playing Uncharted before it was patched to add trophies? My trophies for treasure and killing with the various weapons aren't in line with my game stats because my PS3 wasn't online when I started playing the game (which was after trophy support was added) so when I did patch my game about halfway through my first playthrough the trophies got all jacked up.
You might need to start a completely fresh game if this is the case.
