Hmmm. Maybe it was jus underappreciated within my reality...delta4062 said:The game was rated high, and has a rather large fanbase...Deschain said:Condemned. One of the best games I've ever played, yet hardly any of my friends have even heard of it!

Oh yeah, I remember playing that on my friend's PS2 when I was a kid. Scared the crap out of me.Cilliandrew said:"The Thing" for the PS2. Really cool survival horror title based on John Carpenter's classic that kind of continues the story.
It never seems to get talked about, but i think it could very well be the best movie-related (kindof) game i've ever played!
Same here. If it's not World at War, then it's COD4delta4062 said:Maybe so, I dont expect any of my mates would have heard of it, all they car about is Halo and Cod.Deschain said:Hmmm. See, Zone of Enders was a cool game that was just TOO short and ended at a point that left the player feeling completely ripped off.
You, fine sir, win many a comendation for saying both 2142 and Mount and Blade are good; I salute you! (seriously, no sarcasm intended).flaming_squirrel said:Downloaded a demo of Section 8, seemed a bit like BF2142 in third person, yet crap (unlike District 9).Balaxe said:Halo 3...
No, but seriously I just got Section 8 (people keep confusing it with Distract 9) and it is more fun than I expected which is weird cause I have'nt seen too much media coverage for it.
I'd say Mount and Blade, it lacks in game direction but is still strangely fun.
If it sold more, the sequel would probably be on the PS3, not the PSP.delta4062 said:Actaully it did, it got great reviews, a fnbase hell bent on pissing off everyone on forums with their constant advertising. The game itself was advertise, got an Anime series and a Sequel on the PSP.KjellKanon said:Valkyria Chronicles for the PS3.
How it didn't get more publicity is beyond me. Most awesome game in history.
It did well.
"Freelancer" is a good one. I also liked "Starlancer" (which was a sort-of prequel that was more "Wing Commander" based then it was "Privateer"..)ph3onix said:Oh yeah, I remember playing that on my friend's PS2 when I was a kid. Now for the greatest underrated game that I always mention in underrated game threads: Freelancer. Damn it was fun.
I only ever played the first one.Arkvoodle said:Cilliandrew said:Arkvoodle said:Zone of Enders.

The first one, the second one or both?
Because I must say the second one is quite superior to the first.
