Underated games or developers.

(First of all i must exuse my poor spelling and grammar)

Do you know of any games or developers that are really underated and should get more attention?
Personally I Find NIS (Nippon ichi Software) To be way to underated.
Wich games/developers you find underated?

Eternal Darkness is underrated in my opinion.
Well, it's underrated compared to something like Call of Duty, meaning that I don't think it got the attention it deserved compared to some other games that are, to me, not nearly as good. Sure it had flaws, but what game doesn't?
This is all just personal opinion though.
I feel like I have to write that after everything I say these days because some people will flame anyone who doesn't aknowledge that their favorite game is the best thing ever.
This is, of course, only based on my own experiences (see a pattern here?).
