It would be pointless for me to see my Doctor over this. She would just give one or two pieces of general advice then refer me to a nutritionist. I would then have to pay 20 dollars copay for the visit and pay additional money for any trips I made to the nutritionist. And @Guffe I'm only taking the protein supplement to mitigate any muscular damage. I don't really care about bulking up. I've got a naturally bulky body. I know for a fact protein supplements will aid you with downtime. Allowing me to fit ten work out excursions a week which is my primary objective.
