Sixth Sense.
You know, Oedipus the King didn't have a very unexpected 'ending' per say... but who would have guessed his wife turned out to be his...
I remember I was the first to realise when my Lit class and I were reading it out, and I just sorta yelped it out... silence... then a racous of 'Oh my God!'s exploded in the room.

Shame that M. Night hasn't made a decent movie since that one.

Not true, Unbreakable was awesome.

I hated Unbreakable. I thought it moved slow, never really went anywhere, and then I had numerous other problems with things like the cinematography.

Also you don't make Samuel L. Jackson a cripple. You just DO NOT do that.
