I've been reading some of the many threads about DA2, ranging from RPG deprivation rage, glitch claims, and speculation on the soul of EA being either hell-bound or already there to enthusiastic defense against all those and more. There's one thing I haven't seen mentioned yet though, and it was something that occurred to me tonight stopping off at Facebook before going to bed.

I play FB games during term, when time for system games is limited by study-time; I participated in the closed beta of Dragon Age's FB flash game. Got my character deleted about 4 times too, which was actually almost annoying enough to make me quit - anyway, that's not the observation.
Now that the game is out of beta, I get rewards in DA2 for getting to certain points in the game, and I got stuff in the flash game for having certain games registered at their main site. Small stuff, sure, but it was unexpectedly enjoyable to be rewarded by a company for engaging multiple products and services. That everything is tied in like that and works so fluidly between the internet, it's actually pretty neat, I think. If it has success and popularity, it might be something we see more of in the industry.
Anyway, the FB flash game is a flash game, but its moderately enjoyable diversion between classes, etc.
