Yesterday at the dining hall, I saw a sophomore I'm aquainted with was wearing tall dark boots and a bright yellow sundress. Her hair was right, too. If by that you can't tell whom I'm talking about, you should prolly brush up on your Jrpgs.
(Sadly, she couldn't find her curling iron this morning, apparently.)
My friend and I, whom are both gamers, were giggling at the mere sight. When she walked by my table, I tell her that all she needs is contacts and nunchucks now, leaving her very perplexed. She then proceeds to sit at another table, her original destination, and announced what I had told her.
Another girl at that table, little did she know, was also a gamer, and said, "She doesn't look like Selphie. Wait... Stand up." The girl in the yellow dress did so, and the gamer at that table, looking taken aback, said, "Nevermind. She does," and burst into laughter.
(Fortunately for the three of us, she was not offended.)
Have you ever experienced someone unintentionally cosplaying?
