Also, If it raining, how come his lighter work outside and not inside?

Zippo's should light in light rain and/or decent amounts of wind as long as it has enough fuel, it is possible that it was running out and the car accident could have pushed all the remaining fuel to the top.

It was lighting normally at the beginning of the scene and when they are running low on fuel they can inconsistency light, I have used centrifugal force to do that with mine when it was almost out and it work.

I'll admit i don't smoke but even Zippos shouldn't work with the rain in this video. Beside, after reading the review on destructoid.com, i deducted that it was for effect. (you know, a jump scare with the undead that cross the road). Only the creator or producer or whatever supervise this game didn't take into account that it only work for light.

Was this game supposed to be a comedy?

YES.

Honestly, I don't want to insult anyone's intelligence but it absolutely FLOORS me that people can watch a cutscene where an FBI agent talks to his imaginary friend about the sadomasochistic subtext in Tom and Jerry while holding a cellphone with one hand and typing on a laptop with the other as he drives a car in the middle of a thunderstorm and think that it's just being bad at taking itself seriously. The entire point of the game is to take a cliched situation (murder in a small, eccentric town) and just go so far with it that you end up at the moon and back again. This isn't a random mashup of terrible things making a terrible game, guys. It saddens me deeply that everything Graham and Paul made fun of in the video are things that are supposed to be laughed at in the first place.

The squirrels have made my day. At first I honestly thought Unskippable was just inserting sound effects until you guys pointed it out. Maybe there are video game designers who have only seen pictures of squirrels?
