When the entire civilization is robots, it brings up interesting questions. How did these robots come to be?

The Quintessons built them

Were there biological life forms that built them?

Cyborgs actually.

And were they all killed off in the resulting wars?

No, the Transformers gained sentience, revolted against their cruel masters and ran them off cyberton

And the entire planet mechanized?

Yes, it was built by the Quintessons as a giant factory

If the highways can build itself, then does that mean that the entire planet is a transformer or just the roads?

Depends on which take on the lore. In the Comics, Cybertron was the god of the transformers himself, known as Primus. Otherwise... It's just a planet that gained transforming roads as of this most recent addition to kanon.

Also, if you're flying in a spaceship to a space station, is that spaceship a transformer?

Not necessarily.

Is there any non-sentient robot on that planet?

Yes, the Guardians are an example of this, which look exactly like Omega Supreme (Whom was a Guardian before he was made sentient)

Am I making things overcomplicated?

Not really... there are answers to all your questions.

Edit:

The Megatron in this canon is already as ruthless as G1 Galvatron, as shown when he blasts the protesting Decepticon. Goodness knows what WFC Galvatron would be like.

Since WFC takes place before G1 and is apart of THAT time line. It's pretty easy to imagine how WFC Galvatron would be... since we have already seen him.

Great episode. I wonder about all of the questions they had mentioned, and I still love the series and the game.

Great game, by the way. It's like Singularity; takes parts from a load of other games (a hell of a lot from Gears Of War) and somehow makes it better than the games they had taken from.


Now if only the Servers worked. Still need to get the new DLC.

I just started watching this show, and it makes me happier tha can be put into words to see that the spirit of MST3K extends to the gaming community. And so true about backtalking Megatron being suicide.

Also, there's an event they hold at BotCon called MSTF, where they riff on old Transformers cartoon episodes. I haven't been to a BotCon as of this post, but they have some of the older scripts online, and I LOVED them! Seeing another MST-style TF parody like this is exhilirating.
