Probably Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, as long as I hear the single-player is sufficient.
I'm going to get Enslaved at some point soon. Dragon Age 2. The Force Unleashed 2, Skyward Sword. That's it. Not much on the horizons that I'm really excited about other than Skyward Sword.

Fallout New Vegas seeing as I put a £10 deposit on the collectors Edition and I'm defending at least £70 in my bank at all costs until I own it!

Fable 3 and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood are definitely games I will be buying for 2010. I haven't checked yet what games are coming out at the start of 2011 yet, but I know I will most likely buy Dragon Age 2 and Star War TOR(I think it comes out in 2011, not entirely sure).
