Apparently it's about God sending a bunch of angels to wipe out the human race. Mankind's only hope is a group of misfits holed up in a diner, led by the Archangel Michael. So...I might see it, but does look kind of crappy.

I saw zomnbieland with my freinds today. It was good. But something me and my freinds talked about even before we started talking about the movie was the coming atractions. All the movies we saw were insane and looked so outlandish. Here is just a list of weird shit I saw.

So the first thing that I saw was definetly the weirdest. Its this old lady talking to this pregnate lady. She askes when the baby is due and then say "Its gunna burn in hell lady". The husband comes over and demands an apology. The old lady, this ordinary women, bites the mans face, climbs on the cealing, and start breathing fire! A cop comes out of nowher with a shotgun and kills the women. Ok.... But then some really freaky shit goes down. The man who was bitten, comes back to life, and leads the fight against HEAVEN. The good guys are the bad guys!!?? Than An ice cream man shows up and streches it body parts so its 12 feet tall and starts screaming and I am just sitting in my seat like "WTF IS GOING ON!!??"

Looks like I have to go right now and cant tell you about the other movies so when I get here tomarow, I will update it. What do you think directors are smoking these days?

This movie looked so stupid it wasn't even funny.

The one about vampires being the dominant race not only gave me faith in vampires again, but looked pretty damn interesting.

It's more likely referencing the book, which I believe is basically the plot of Legion, being Michael the Archangel descends to Earth or something like that. They even have the book in the Fallout 3 game.

You mean "Paradise Lost?" Yeah, that makes more sense, I guess. It's just that, with the familiar desert landscape and gunfights, my mind jumped immediately to Fallout.

What exactly are you getting at? Heaven's always been good.

Anyway, I don't think the movie looks very entertaining. I just can't imagine enjoying it very much. Most likely, that's due to me being a Christian; therefore, finding the movie to be offensive.

In my humble opinion, directors aren't smoking enough... I haven't seen a good movie since Jurassic Park (Not that that was a trippy movie or anything, but I love trippy movies and Jurassic Park is the only worthwhile movie in my opinion). We need more stuff like Pink Floyd's The Wall. If you think you've just described a WTF movie, watch The Wall. I'll wait.

By the way, what's that movie you were talking about? I'd be willing to give it a watch when it comes out.

First off, I applaud this guy as Jurassic Park is still one of my favorite movies and I saw that back when I was 4 or 5.

As to the question. I saw the same preview for the Legion and I was as equally thrilled as the vast majority here seems to be. Then again, a lot of movies coming out soon seem to be following a similar trend. They either have to have vampires, zombie-like creatures, or just the undead in general. I don't know about you, but I'm getting sick of everyone trying to ride the "Twilight" express thinking vampires and shit are cool just because that movie was successful to a bunch of 13 year old girls.

But that all seems to be this year. next year looks to be a bit more interesting than most of the crap coming from this year.

On an unrelated note, a decent movie I saw recently was Surrogates. Not the best movie, but certainly worth a look at if you have the time to go check it out.

I saw the trailer for that movie before District 9. Looks like shit. The CGI on it is pretty bad, and the concept in general sucks. I'll pass on that
