Dragon Age 3 and Bioshock Infinite are the ones I'm looking forward too most. Other than that, I'm keeping my eye on Halo 4, Assassin's Creed 3, Prey 2, and that Insane game that Guillermo Del Toro is doing. And eventually Half Life 3, just for a complete list.

Diablo 3 - I've been looking forward to this game for years now and it's almost here!

Way way down on the anticipation scale by comparison is Resident Evil 6.

I have an interest in games like Guild Wars 2, Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands 2, StarCraft 2 expansion...but none of those games have me hyped yet.
