Lord, I fucking love serial killers.

Is there a game that lets me play as one? Is that how Manhunt works?
As far as I know Manhunt has some guy forcing you "act" in snuff films. So, sort of.

A serial killer game would be cool though.

At the risk of being a PC whiner... not on PC? I am disappoint.
Wasn't GTA4 really late to the PC, and a sloppy port at that?

Rockstar has always been more console focused, I think. At least you guys get Valve...

No actual trailer. I am sad...

As mentioned in the thread numerous times before, May is looking like a pretty sweet month.

Much like RDR, piracy and such might hold a PC release off indefinitely. Most profits are made on the consoles, so far, at least, I think.
I pretty sure WoW alone beat quite a few game on console.

Not until this gen has rockstar really started ignoring the PC and also getting a little too serious for their own good.
Before this gen, the best version of any gta was on the PC. Even if you didn't mod it at all San Andreas on the PC was far superior. Hell, those games started on the PC.
They also seem to be getting too serious for no seemingly good reason.
I was kind of compelled by the more serious story of gta4 until I played it and realized that it was all the same missions wrapped in a new layer of pretentiousness. It would've been worth it if the characters were more 3 dimensional and you could care about one or two of them but I don't want to care about my gta protagonist. I want them to be psychos I can terrorize a city with. RDR felt similar too. I felt a little more open to the seriousness because it wasn't GTA but the characters were little more than Saturday Morning caricatures and I didn't really care about the story.
Maybe they got it right with this one but if not, I hope they go back to the more over the top, absurd games they were really good at making.
I might get this but I'll probably just wait for the Zombie Noir expansion.

Am I the only person who found himself in the Uncanny Valley while watching that trailer? Those faces on those bodies just look...strange.

Despite that, it looks really interesting.

Looks interesting but if it's in the same engine as GTA4/Red dead count me out.

Looks alright, not looking forward to inevitable hours of lecturing about being everything wrong with America. It is a Rockstar game after all.

Hmmm, I like rockstar games but the time setting is one I've never been a fan of, it's what put me off the mafia games, I'll certainly keep an eye on this, but will probably wait until the reviews come in.
