Can you give us more specifics? All you have right there is a memory address. Can't really do much with that. :\ How about the whole error message?

What application are you running alongside those games that won't play? Knowing this could help come up with an answer. (so far, ACDSee is one of the main offenders, as is Windows Live.)

Edit: After looking further into it, it would appear the error you're getting is a very general error when an application fails to start. It sounds like missing DLL files to me.

If it's Steam, do the following in order to see if it works.

Close any background applications https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8043-EUJN-5239
Defragment the game
Verify the cache
Go to C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common OR (yoursteamname) and delete the file of that game (yes, that entire file)
Complete reinstall

Generally, option #4 fixes everything, option #5 is if you are really desperate

Okay, I looked a bit more and found an official Steam Support link.

Again, I believe you're still missing DLL files. A quick search on the interwebz should net you a few places that store said DLL files in a .zip that are easy to extract, and place in the program folders (or even the System32 if that's where the file is missing from).

dll-files(dot)com would have the files you're missing, and you already know where to put it when you get it. Just search thru their files, and that's that.

According to a quick Google search (seriously, always google you computer errors. You are never the only one.) and a post on the Open Office forums.

MS VC R stands fro MicroSoft Visual C Runtime. Typically each new version of the MS Visual C++ Compiler or Visual Studio Product comes with a new version of this Dll that contains most of the essential functionality of the common C libraries (opening files, manipulating strings, etc.) These runtime Dll are backward compatible so MSVCR90.DLL contains all functions of MSVCR80.DLL and accepts the same type of parameters for these functions. But not the other way round.
So I suggest that you download and reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework 4 [http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17851] and see if that works. I don't actually know if this will solve it but .Net Framework is listed on the MS VS download site so it probably has the right .dll's for this. If it doesn't try another one of the downloads [http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/bb984878] there
