What really grinds my gears is that it took a viral video to make United actually take responsibility for their actions. This sort of thing only works when you go outside of the norm for getting compensated. Lets be honest, if the normal channels dont work, why even try going that route to have them fix a situation they started? This is just an example of the squeaky wheel getting the oil.
