He posted that when it was originally reported that it was both Europe and the US under this delay.

OT: Well, it still doesn't really matter in my case, as I don't have any connection to either XBLA or PSN, but I don't understand why this delay exists at all. I mean, if translation is an issue, I can get it a little bit, but for a game like this, it shouldn't really be too much of a hassle to put into the market anywhere.
