When the only problem is the size of her breasts. Both women are wearing sweaters that are made for their size. If the busty blonde were to get a larger sweater, it would just have a bigger neck hole and show more of her breasts, not less due to how they make women's clothing. You would be unfairly singling them out only for their breast size.
While I agree with the general thrust of your argument, its not without its flaws.

How much cleavage is being shown by those two ladies is a function of the size of their chests, thats far from the only thing going on there, the cut of the neckline on the latter lady is designed to show off even more.

The suggestion that larger chests somehow force you to show off more is just daft. The amount of cleavage shown

That said censoring just for cleavage is daft. For a start how are we defining how much is allowed? Length? Surface area? Percentage length or percentage area?

It's more how you are showing it. The old swimwear/underwear debate, for many someone in their UW is defacto more sexual than someone in swimwear even if its the latter thats more revealing and cut to arouse. Hell theres underwear and nightwear out there which I'd class as much less appropriate to wear in company (excluding lovers) than being just nude.

It's all contextual, and context is a strange thing. For example even though its more formal a black tie dinner outfit for a lady is often far more revealing than what would be seen as appropriate office wear.

I dont watch twitch streams much, so my experience is limited. however every time i watch a stream by female the camera angle was always positioned in such a way as to show cleavage but not face. as in the cleavage was in sight but the face was cut off. On the other hand most male run streams didnt have facecams at all. which is a good thing, i go there to watch the game not somones face.

Twitch added that if broadcasters are in an area where it's hot enough that people may not be wearing shirts or if they're wearing swimsuits, the webcam picture must be cropped to a person's face.
how about we just make that the general rule everywhere? the camera is supposed to show the face, so crop it to face and it does not matter what comfortable clothes you wear or dont wear underneath.

Seems like Twitch is starting to get more authoritarian on us.
pretty much agree with your whole post. and yeah if twitch wont let game content that has nudity in to be shown im going elsewhere. not that i watch game nudity but the principle of the thing.

neither of them are sexually suggesting. this on the other hand is this weeks top video on twitch:

Not all cleavage is equal.

Also as far as games vs reality goes - the site is meant to stream games, thus game content is what should be looked at. this rule was to prevent people from explaiting nudity on facecam and to bring the viewers more towards the game itself and not nudity of the streamer. games inclusion of nudity however does not distract from the fact that its the game being watched and not the streamer himself.

Its not a suggestion. Its not daft. Its a fact. Go ask female friends. Two women can go to the same store and buy the same shirt(in their size of course) and the woman with the larger breasts will show more cleavage.

My first thought about this "shirtless" was less women, but how will we watch the speedgaming marathons (AGDQ, SGDQ,...) without a topless Trihex???
I know! My first reaction to this was despair at the fact that CalebHart42 wont be allowed to stream shirtless anymore. I want the my buff nerd shirtless stream hype!

You are mistaken. Those two sweaters have the exact same cut, they are both scoop neck sweaters, using the exact same cut pattern if you were to sit down and sew them yourself.
http://www.uen.org/cte/family/clothing-2/downloads/sewing/pattern-design.pdf

In fact, if you put the exact sweater the first woman is wearing on the second woman her cleavage would look like that in the picture. ANY busty woman understands this, and has struggled since the vast majority of women's clothing does not account for larger busts. You measure a sweater by the arm length, and waist If you get a larger sweater it will have longer arms larger waist, if you do not have longer arms wider waist your size is smaller. So two women size 2 can have differing cup sizes. The sweater obviously will not look the same on an 34a cup as it does on a 34DD, but that is your size regardless. Yes, clothing does fit people different, however, it would be wrong to tell them they could not wear the same sweater as any other women the same size because you find it offensive. Good grief a larger sweater in that same style would just have a larger holes and all of her breasts would be exposed.

I addressed the issue of much larger cleavage in my sweater post above. Her breasts are larger, thus her clothes do not fit the same way, however, that is the correct size top for her to wear. She should not be singled out and censored for it. Women's clothing is not measured that way. Breasts=/= porn. Porn is sex, breasts are for feeding children. HUGE difference. Simply because one can have sex with an ear does not mean ears should be censored. Hell, Mouths are used for oral sex, maybe we should cover those since they can actually be penetrated. That is it we must cover all mouths since mouths are PORN!
