Alrighty, I need to upgrade my graphic card, since I can hardly play any games above Medium setting on graphic-displays any longer, and in general it seem to be lagging me badly.
I have a Nvidia Geforce 9500, which I'v heard is rather crap (though I guess I could have heard wrong), had it for almost four years now.
Now, since I know pretty much dick about what graphic cards are better and what are worse, could anyone help me out with some advice or a handy guide? Hopefully in the 100-150USD pricerange?
I know it's not a lot of money, but I figured I must be able to get SOMETHING better.

Cheers.

For that price you might get a GTX550, but it would be better if you pumped up the budget and got something like GTX 560 Ti, to get a better value for money. A slightly better graphics card won't change the world for you, if the rest of your rig is also playing a part for the low performance problem.

But you can find a suitable graphics card easily by yourself as well. Choose a retailer and just look the prices of different series of GeForce. Then decide on a one that fits your budget and pick a certain card amongst the series.

Well, problem is that I have no idea how to compare the Graphic Cards to each other, or even what GeForce is better than my current one.
I have a dual-core with 2.6ghz and 4gig Ram otherwise, so it's a fairly decent system.
