UPlay not working on 360

Since early march I've been itching to try the Insane Edition FarCry 3 that I own, however I haven't done so because whenever I try to open Uplay to input the codes to get all my extra goodies it tells me that the service (Uplay, I can't even get in deep enough to even have the option to input codes) is unavilable and that I should try again later. I've been waiting 2 months. Does anyone know what is going on and if there's a fix? Keeping in mind that I've played many Ubisoft games on this console before and used the Uplay service whilst playing them, though in the intervening time I have moved houses.

PS. Uplay has always been shit.

You'd probably be best off contacting Ubisoft, that really doesn't sound right. Seems that other people have had this problem. There's a link to uplay tech support a few posts down on this thread here:

Uplay's generally been ok with me (it did take about 24 hours to initially validate FC3) but that's on PC, and I've only used it for one game.
On the bright side, if you're on console then they kind of have to fix it for you, especially since you've paid for the game!
