OP: I second the recommendations for Always Look on the Bright Side of Life and anything by Two Steps From Hell, but of course I have my own recommendations.
Firstly, absolutely anything by Morrigan. This is a man that makes fan arranges for a doujin game and turns them into uplifting epics that light a fire in every cell of my being. Have a listen for yourself:
Secondly, almost the entire Cowboy Bebop soundtrack. No matter the genre, somehow the piece invigorates or amuses or generally excites in a way that only quality music can do. Except for Blue however, which remains and will forver remain unbelievably depressing (in a good way of course, but not relevant to this thread.
