I am a girl so I don't think my room is a "man cave" as such, but, a lot of hockey memorabilia, my Playstation 2, Gamecube and beanbag chair. If I want to play with the Playstation 3, I just make a short trip down the stairs. At my parent's place, there is a games console in nearly every room bar the bathroom. My parent's house is awesome.

My so called "man cave" is pink and pretty, goes well with kicking ass on COD and Halo. I really wish people would remember that girls play videogames too.
I was going to suggest calling it a "lady cave", but that just sounds wrong.

Why not call it a "game room"?
Because Man refers to Men or WoMen and Game Room refers to only those who have or play games in the room they choose to get away from everything else in. Alot of people play games in a living room were it is not closed off for there own enjoyment.

This is my gaming "hovel" before I covered the top of the desk with various bits of paper, CDs, used bowl, a couple of miniatures, and various other bits:

My current man-cave is still a work in progress. I have a 40-inch lcd flatscreen with a home theater sound system connected to a dvd player, Atari 2600, nes, snes, N64, PS2, XBOX360, Wii, PS3. For comfort I have a couch and two Po'Ang chairs (I might have misspelled that, they are from Ikea).

The only reason why I consider my cave to be a WIP is because I live in a condo. Growing up, my room was in a repurposed basement. I hope to someday own a home with a basement so that I can turn it into my game room. I plan on building a bar and wine cellar to complete the space.

Must.... resist.... posting Goatse..... xD

My man-cave is my bedroom. A wall of guitars (3 bass and an electric guitar), 24" inch tv with my xbox 360 hooked up to it. Bookcase with games, dvds, books, copies of White Dwarf and various paraphenalia.

:EDIT:
Forgot my huge ass window (seriously, it damn-near replaces a whole wall), double bed and big bass amp.

Wherever my laptop takes me.. (I'm not a serious PC gamer)

I would like a massive cushion chair that can be sat in properly, a massive screen, a proper PC rig that can play Crisis at highest graphics, also a water cooler and minifridge within reach.. (the water cooler will be filled with cola cola, not water..

Also I would like some other guy to just live on there so I always have someone to play with..

Keeping it simple; a bed with a computer desk by the head end. Turn the monitors around, lean them in a bit and flip the display and I can use the computer while in bed; lay my head back and do whatever I like on the computer with the keyboard & mouse on a tray on my lap.

Only problem is I tend to fall asleep! :) It's all good though, I'm already in bed, heheh. I recommend this setup to anyone that stays up way too late like I do.

E: Aside from that, it's just my room. Wardrobe, draws... and many, many spare PC parts.

I call my office - the War Room. Not really the Man Cave. But since I'm a chick, it's like...a cute war room...*cough*

Anyway! Lets start with, the desk. I had posted pictures on here about my desk set-up, but the whole room was rearranged since then.

So this is where I sit and do mah thing:

This is the wall in front of me, with my book/item/stuff collection:

Whats behind me (and yes, if it comes with a poster. It goes on the wall.lol:

And, my second-in-command in the War Room:

And that's mah room! Enjoy. I know I do. :D

If collective man caves can exist, my friends "basement" (quotes since it's not technically underground) with a popcorn machine, computer for emulating (running Windows 2000, for full nostalgia) attached to an arcade cabinet, HD projector with a huge wall, 4 recliners (plus a sorta-rocking chair), a smaller TV for side games/watching TV, and a steady supply of movies and shows.

Needless to say, my friends and I tend to hold our sleepovers over there. Relative proximity to the local cinema helps.

If you were to stand in my doorway, you would see this:
To the left, a big red wall covered in African masks and a map of the world. My TV and mini fridge are in one corner, with a Marduk eagle flag above it. My bed in the other corner, with a Marilyn Manson gun cross flag above it.
Straight ahead is my window, that has a large red blind on it, covered with a Scottish royal flag.
To the right is my closet, computer desk, and book case. A picture of Pyramid Head is above the closet. Above the computer desk is a large Canadian flag. My book case also contains my games and a mannequin head with a gas mask on it, as well as a flashlight and radio.
On the wall with my door is a shelf with various trinkets on it and another book case. On the back of my door is a poster of Alex DeLarge from the film A Clockwork Orange.

Mine is also my bedroom. On a desk full of stuff in the corner lies an embarrassingly small TV (but going 24" soon! I'm a student, we can't afford big TVs AND alcoholism. I made my choice). Hooked up is my 360 and a space where my gaming PC should be if it wasnt on the floor with a new motherboard half installed. Strewn around are pizza boxes, empty beer cans and work i should be doing. It's lovely.

My *ahem* "man cave" would consist of my laptop and speakers with the lights off (to get better view of my screen). Not that much as you can see.

Mine is a caravan. Took about 4-5 weeks to rebuild (it was fucked inside) if I remember correctly. Got my desk with 2.66ghz quad/9800gtx+/4gb ddr2 800mhz computer with dual tv tuners, dual 19" screen, and a nice gigabyte wireless m+kb, with my own little wireless N network (though computers plugged into that, wireless is for Wii).

In the other room (its a big van) I've got my projector and surround system set up hooked to my Wii, and my computer when need be (been playing dead space 2 with wiimote in there recently, shit was cash). Theres two beds, a bed/lounge thing and a little wrap around seat in one corner. Also a little bar fridge, air con and a few cupboards/draws full of computer parts/accessories and other junk.

Might come back with pics if I can be bothered.
