And to imagine you still have some posters here trying to argue Trump acts in good faith and isn’t out to abuse his powers against those that objected to replacing democracy with Trump.
Cuz nazis are gonna not see anything wrong with being a nazi.

It's a poll, so you know, grain of salt, but lots of fun percentages in here.
Things that I found interesting:
1. The 30-44 year olds really disapprove of Trump, unlike the 18-29 year olds whose disapproval has a much smaller swing.
2. "Other races" strongly approve of him.
3. Trump's policy proposals relating to international diplomacy is largely disapproved of.
4. People really agree with common criticism levied against Democrats, unlike common criticism against Trump where they agree but not with a large swing.

I'll bet a dollar to a bent dime that Trump doesn't know what a Commonwealth actually is, and is just focused on "wealth".

So Trump has floated the idea of sending anyone convicted of sabotaging a Tesla to prison in El Salvador.

"I look forward to watching the sick terrorist thugs get 20 year jail sentences for what they are doing to Elon Musk and Tesla," Trump said in a posting. "Perhaps they would serve them in the prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions."
So just damaging a particular brand of car would be enough to get you a twenty-year prison sentence in a foreign country.

Yo, @tstorm823! Yo, @Phoenixmgs! Come on over here and tell me how this is perfectly normal in a free country!

Are they "just damaging a particular brand of car", or are they committing acts of violence against civilians to try to achieve political ends? It's not perfectly normal for the president to have to threaten terrorism charges because terrorism isn't a normal thing. Stop defending it.

It’s also not perfectly normal for said president having at the most generous provoked similar if not worse violence at the capitol to remain in power and then pardon it. Trump has no credibility on this subjec

Entering the capital building is so, so much worse than firebombing people. Oh, wait, no it isn't.

If you do it as part of a mob trying to lynch the vice president and install a false president. Both of which are far more political aims that harming Tesla’s stock.

Sure. But....
A) Nobody was trying to lynch the vice president.
B) The evil part of terrorism isn't having political aims, it's doing the violence.

Both sounds weird statements in defense of a group that punched their way inside a building while shouting ''hang Mike Pence''

Now maybe they were secretly saying ''Hang out with Mike Pence'' but I doubt it.

Would you have gone out to greet them if they'd been chanting for you to be hung while standing around a noose?
Yes.

I don't know, maybe my perspectives warped here, but I don't think rich people have any reason to actually fear they'll be eaten if a crowd chants "eat the rich", I'm quite certain sports figures have met millions of opposing fans without any of what they shout coming to fruition... It's like, people can say or otherwise communicate ideas without any intention of following through, and in situations of emotional heatedness, they never intend to 99.99999% of the time.

I think there is a thin possibility anyone in that crowd would ever actually want to hang Mike Pence, and I think if one of them tried, everyone else there would stop them.
