Using "Curse Words"

I use curse words all the time.

Why? Because I f***ing can.

Brits do it A LOT. Americans are very reserved about that sort of thing (Except in movies, where the characters curse every other word)

As flawed as Stephen Fry's argument is... yours isn't any better. "I'm smart and don't curse and the people around me are dumb and curse" is not a proof of how cursing is a sign of little intelligence.
I know a lot of people who do swear a lot and at the same time are very intelligent people with vocabularies you'd think they did nothing their entire lives besides studying rhetoric. How does your proof now prove me wrong? (Please note that the choice of vocabulary in the last sentence was intentional)

I prefer not to swear a lot. I try not to if I can help it. It makes me feel more refined. Plus, it's annoying hearing someone swear for the sake of swearing.

I swear mainly because I was brought up in a household where EVERYBODY swore, so it was normal. Though I do stop when I'm around my parents and religious friends. But other than that I swear all the time, because they're words just like the ones I'm typing with, no?
